Repairs

Your Elke Van Dyke jewelry is meant to be enjoyed for a very long time. But even though jewelry is made of metal, it can be delicate and far from indestructible over time. I guarantee the quality of my jewelry, and you may return it for repair at any time. Please check out the jewelry care guidelines to make sure you're taking steps to optimize the life of your jewelry.

To initiate a repair, please use the CONTACT page or email info@elkevandyke.com, and tell us what happened. A small repair charge may apply if a repair is needed due to excessive wear-and-tear.

Please securely package the piece in a padded mailer or small box. Do not mail in a standard flat or cardboard envelope, the jewelry will most likely be further damaged in the mail. Any repairs that arrive in a flat envelope will not be opened, and will be returned to sender. Elke Van Dyke Design is not responsible for jewelry damaged or lost in transit; we strongly recommend adding delivery confirmation and/or insurance to the package. Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable.

We'll fix your piece up good as new, and return it to you for many more years of happy wear!
